From Interstate-84 heading East toward Hartford:
Exit 8, stay in the middle lane to continue straight through light, then move to right lane and continue to 68 Stony Hill Road on your left.

Etiquette/Policy

Safety and Comfort:
The spa and salon is a place to escape from everyday responsibilities. So that all guests may enjoy their treatments, we kindly request that children not accompany adults for service. We request that children be brought to the salon and spa ONLY when they have a scheduled appointment.

Cellular Phone/Beeper: To maintain the serenity of our Spa and Salon experience, we ask that you please turn off your cellular phone/beeper upon arrival.

Payment:
For your convenience, we accept Mastercard and Visa. Credit card guarantee is required when booking day spa packages, multiple appointments and parties of three or more using spa and salon services.

Cancellation Policy:
We hope that you do not have to cancel. Spa and salon services reserved with a credit card or gift card and cancelled in less than requested time will be billed 50% of the published rate of each service. To avoid charges, please honor our 24-hour advance notice for individual appointments, 48 hours for packages and multiple appointments, and 72 hours for parties of three or more using spa and salon services.

Not included on a la carte menu.

Return Policy:
AVEDA products purchased at A New Beginning may be returned within seven days accompanied by original receipt and refund will be given according to the original form of payment. All other returns, if within thirty days will be issued as an in store credit.

Gift Cards:
Gift Cards are available for all services and products.
